I read a lot of dating books but I've also learned a huge amount about dating from many other kinds of books too. Subjects as diverse as self-help, relationship skills, psychology, marketing and communication, all have something valuable to teach us about the mysteries and wonderful rewards of learning to relate well to each other.
Sometimes a dating book really touches a chord with the wider public as was the case with the recent phenomenal success of "He's Just Not That Into You." If you haven't read it yet then it's well worth a look as it highlights some very important dating
issues in a light-hearted and humorous way. I think a part of the reason for its huge success was because it made people really think about all the times they settled for second best in their lives and how much time can be wasted by clinging onto the past.
